COURSE TUTOR
Adam is an Extended Scope Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist specialising in the assessment and management of shoulder and upper limb issues
He also has a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and is a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach.
He has over 25 years of clinical experience working in both the NHS and private sectors, as well as in professional sports.
Adam has been teaching his simple, honest, evidence-based approach all over the world for 15 years, and is still working clinically and actively involved in research.
