COURSE TUTOR
Adam Meakins, is a physiotherapist and S&C coach with over 25 years experience.
He has specialised in the management of painful shoulders for over 15 years and helped professional athletes, weekend warriors, and couch potatoes recover from shoulder pain and injuries.
He is actively involved in research and works both in the UKs NHS as a specialist extended scope physio and in his own private practice.
Adam has gained extended qualifications in trauma and orthopaedic medicine including the use of diagnostic ultrasound scanning and injection therapy.
Adam has been teaching his evidence based, person centred course for over 10 years all across the world to therapists, coaches and rehab professionals of all ages and experiences
